Come learn the basics of yoga with Cricket!
Are you ready to develop yoga practice that will help you reduce stress, gain strength and flexibility, and find some inner peace? Bring a friend and start your practice together. You don’t have to be flexible or strong or already know anything about yoga. Open your mind and your heart to becoming more healthy and finding balance.
This class is a 6 consecutive week series beginning January 5th – Tuesdays from 6:45pm to 8pm. Designed for beginners only. Learn poses (asana) from the ground up, calming breath work (pranayama) and connect with yourself and your heart in simple meditation.
Early registration price is $75 if you register and pay online. After January 1st – $90. Bring a mat, if you have one. If not one will be provided for you.
