This 6 week series will teach you more yoga asana (postures), refresh your pranayama (breath work) and delve deeper into stilling the mind in meditation.
Runs consecutively for 6 weeks on Tuesday nights at 6:45pm until 8:15pm beginning on April 5th. Register and pre-pay by April 1st and pay $75. After April 1st – $90.
Prerequisite: Beginner Yoga Series Level 1.
