Come learn the basics of yoga with Cricket! Are you ready to develop yoga practice that will help you reduce stress, gain strength and flexibility, and find some inner peace?
This class is a 6 consecutive week series beginning May 17th – Tuesdays from 6:45pm to 8:00pm.
Designed for beginners only. Learn poses (asana) from the ground up, calming breath work (pranayama) and connect with yourself and your heart in simple meditation.
Early registration price is $75 if you register and pay online. After May 14th – $90. Bring a mat, if you have one. If not one will be provided for you.
