BYS Level 1: Come learn the basics of yoga with Cricket! Are you ready to develop yoga practice that will help you reduce stress, gain strength and flexibility, and find some inner peace?
This class is a 6 consecutive week series beginning Oct. 26th – Wednesdays from 6:45pm to 7:45pm.
Designed for beginners only. Learn about the 8 limbs of yoga including poses (asana) from the ground up, calming breath work (pranayama) and how to connect with yourself and your heart in simple meditation. Early registration price is $75 if you register and pre-pay. After Oct. 22nd – $90.
BYS Level 2: Is yoga so much more than you thought? Did you discover that yoga is not just postures for strength and flexibility, but inner peace and reducing stress too! Join Cricket in Level 2 of your yoga journey.
This 6 week series will teach you more yoga asana (postures), refresh your pranayama (breath work) and delve deeper into stilling the mind in meditation.
Runs consecutively for 6 weeks on Tuesday nights at 6:45pm until 7:45pm beginning on Oct.25th. Register and pre-pay by Oct. 22nd – $75. After Oct 22nd – $90.
