Koru Mindfulness®

Koru Mindfulness® is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to college students and other young adults. All are welcome though! Join Bob Martin in this 4 week series which will run Thursdays (Aug 31, Sept 7, 14 & 21) from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
