Hoop Fitness Level 1 helps you learn and develop the core skills of both On and Off-Body Hooping. Improve your balance, coordination and spatial awareness; challenge your body consciousness and aerobic endurance.
Start with a simple warm up followed by skill building exercises.Then transition to HIIT with intense bursts of vigorous waist hooping, separated by blocks of low key moves or moderately paced waist hooping. Cool down with routines using previously learned skills.
If you have your own hoop bring it! If not we will have extras. This class is a fun way to cross-train and challenge yourself while learning new and useful performance skills!
