*Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a grounding, meditative practice that will help you learn to accept where you are in the moment. In this class, you get the opportunity to meditate in basic yoga poses designed to increase flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels, and is a great addition to an established meditation practice.

Restorative yoga poses with props, gentle stretching, meditation and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) will prepare you for a good nights sleep. This one hour class teaches you to relax the nervous system to heal your body and mind emotionally and physically.

Join us in the candle lit, safe and comfy atmosphere for a weekly practice that over time will make your body and mind less vulnerable to stress related dis-ease.

Power Flow Yoga

Be ready to work! This class will take you on a power flow journey. Set to upbeat music, you will flow from one posture to the next on the breath. Build strength and flexibility. Standing balance poses and inversions may be incorporated into this class. Recommended for intermediate to advanced practitioners.


*Combo Yoga

This class is a challenging combination of many styles of yoga set to kirtan.  Jivamukti warm-ups, Ashtanga Sun Salutations, Baptiste style “power” yoga, Vinyasa or “flow” yoga and/or hatha yoga may be visited all in one class!  All levels are welcome.

Chair Yoga Stretch

This “easy” yoga class is designed for people who have trouble getting on the floor. The whole class is done standing or seated in a chair. This class is wonderful for seniors, people just getting back to fitness and people who are recovering from an injury. No mat needed!


Ashtanga Primary Series

Join Cricket each week to build on your Ashtanga Primary Series.  We will begin with the traditional Ashtanga Sun Salutations and then explore a part of the primary series.  This practice is a great way to build your foundations.

Discover new things about yourself and observe your progress within your practice in repetition of the poses each week.

Join us for this all levels yoga flow class that will wake you up and charge you up for your weekend. This fun, mixed-level class incorporates both alignment of the body and vinyasa to help you experience profound benefits in a short time.
One of the main advantages of a Yoga Flow class is that it allows practitioners to build flexibility, strength, and endurance all at the same time. Discover yourself on your mat in a fun and challenging vinyasa.

A fun and challenging vinyasa flow that focuses on achieving balance through the combination of movement and breath.
Find your mind/body link in this moving yoga pose class. Think like water and you connect the breath to the movement.

*Pilates Mat

Pilates is a core focused class based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Pilates helps to build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.

Props such as the ball may be used in this class. All levels are welcome.

*Kids Yoga

An exciting kids class that encourages your child to explore the fundamentals of yoga through fun breathing exercises, kids versions of asanas(poses) and creative games. Your child will gain strength and flexibility as well as improve self confidence and self acceptance. Parents are welcome to drop-off or stay and play!

*Hoop Fitness Level 1

Hoop Fitness Level 1 helps you learn and develop the core skills of both On and Off-Body Hooping. Improve your balance, coordination and spatial awareness; challenge your body consciousness and aerobic endurance.
Start with a simple warm up followed by skill building exercises.Then transition to HIIT with intense bursts of vigorous waist hooping, separated by blocks of low key moves or moderately paced waist hooping. Cool down with routines using previously learned skills.
If you have your own hoop bring it! If not we will have extras. This class is a fun way to cross-train and challenge yourself while learning new and useful performance skills!
